- Tank Sender Short Installation :
Using a 28mm (1 ⅛”) hole-saw, cut a hole in the top of the tank. Place sender in hole and mark where the
three mounting screw positions. Pre-drill with Ø2mm drill and secure using supplied stainless-steel screws. - Tank Sender Long Installation :
The Long Tank Sender has a ¾” BSPT thread size. Seal with 3M5200 or similar.

Check Operation
Check the operation before sealing the senders by lifting the white float by hand, the Display Panel red
light should glow.
If the application requires the Display Panel red light to glow when the float is in the “down” position,
simply remove the stainless-steel circlip at the bottom of the sender, reverse float, and refit circlip.
If the Display Panel light is glowing when it should be off, it is possible the float has been reversed. Follow
instruction above to remedy this
